Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items (such as special orders or personalized items), with the exceptions below:
Damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the damage/error was caused by the shipping carrier, USPS or UPS, please do not take it out on us. We trust these carriers and we must take proper steps to file claims. See "Shipping" below for more details on failed shipments.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed on non-custom items. Exchanges will not be honored on custom items. Please ensure your colors, sizing, and styles are as you wish before ordering. Please reach out to us within 7 business days of receiving your eligible items to inquire about an exchange.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
Turnaround time:
14-21 business days for custom items (custom tees, hoodies, etc.)
up to 30 business days for large, custom orders (small business swag)
1-3 business days for ready-to-ship items
We are not responsible for any packages lost, damaged, or "marked as delivered" but it did not deliver. You must file a claim with USPS/UPS if shipped items do not make it to you. Unfortunately, once the item has left our hands, it is out of our control.
Owner's Rights
Over the Moon Creative MT, LLC owns all rights to any designs we custom create for you, unless an exclusive license is purchased. We can and will use the design to our discretion. If you'd like exclusive rights to the design, a $35 design fee will be required, then that design will not be offered to anyone else.
This does not include logo design, which has its own fee structure & exclusivity.
