If you select local pickup, your order will be delivered to Rossiter Elementary School, even if it says a different address. You will be notified as soon as they're ready for pickup. If you choose shipping, they will automatically be shipped to your address. Due to the customization of the item, there are no returns. But please let us know if there are issues with your item.
